The Petit Versailles 17th Century Apartment offers an exceptional experience for your stay in Paris. It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. The apartment is perfectly designed for a loving couple, a writer, or a businessperson in search of inspiration and stimulation in life. Nous vous accueillons dans cet appartement atypique de 30m2, situé dans notre maison mais totalement indépendant, proche de la Place de la Nation, Coulée Verte Renée Dumont, Zoo et Bois de Vincennes. Dans une rue typique parisienne, très mignonne et très calme (sens unique, sans voitures garées), l'appartement a entièrement été refait à neuf en 2024. La localisation est idéale pour être au calme à Paris tout en étant proche des lignes de métro qui amènent aux quartiers les plus animés de Paris.

Profitez d'un logement entièrement rénové, élégant et central, situé au pied du métro Dugommier, ligne 6, entre les stations Daumesnil et Bercy. Des espaces verts, un jardin suspendu le long d’une ex voie ferrée, un parc typiquement parisien, un square pour les jeunes enfants et le bois de Vincennes. Egalement le marché extérieur (2 fois par semaine), tous les commerces à 100 mètres, des restaurants du monde, des terrasses de cafés qui se bousculent, sans oublier une ambiance familiale.

Bright 70m2 apartment-lots of charm-Large living room, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds each with bathroom (including 1 convertible into 2 single beds). Equipped kitchen, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher. laundry.

Charmant appartement totalement équipé, bien situé dans un quartier calme. Plusieurs métros/bus, commerces, restaurants. Clair, lumineux et calme. Il compte tout le confort nécessaire pour une famille de 4 personnes. Il est constitué d'une entrée, un salon lumineux, une chambre, une cuisine, une salle de douche, un WC séparé. Le logement se trouve au 4e étage d'un immeuble ancien sans ascenseur. Linge de lit et linge de toilette fournis. Literie de haute qualité.

Notre maison est confortable et située derrière un petit immeuble du début du XXe siècle très calme, à 5 minutes à pied du métro (ligne 1 du métro qui traverse tout Paris très rapidement). Le bois de Vincennes est à 200 m et Paris au bout de la rue. Attention, il s'agit de notre résidence principale et non d'une maison de location. Elle n'est donc pas vide, mais pleine... de notre vie et nous y tenons.
