The studio-mezzanine is spacious, 13 m2 with 3,1 m ceiling height and a mezzanine of 4 m2. Renovated in 2022, it is located on the ground floor of a luxury building from 1930, secured by the presence of a concierge on site + an exterior digital code . Cosy and simple, it is well suited to young couples visiting Paris.

The local market is 3 days per week, and is very big, selling cheeses, seafood, cooked meals, fruits and veggies. The supermarket open until midnight and there are a few good local restaurants
