Unique, Antique! Grade II listed Georgian Villa.

Stay in unique, large, 18th century Grade II Listed Georgian Villa, in a beautiful leafy area of South Liverpool, conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport, over the road from the railway station, and on a main bus route to the City Centre. Directly opposite a beautician, hairdresser and a traditional Ale and pie restaurant, a variety of bars and restaurants are located within a short walking distance on Rose Lane and Allerton Road. Two large parks, an art gallery and Penny Lane are nearby for you to enjoy. The bedroom, on its own floor, is big and comfortable, with lovely antique furniture and an ensuite bathroom. There is certainly no shortage of cupboard and wardrobe space. I hope you will enjoy breakfast in the dining room and hope you will find time to relax afterwards in the beautiful period drawing room. You will also have full access to the kitchen, with all the usual amenities and if there is anything else you need (ironing board, washer/dryer) please just ask. A comfortable room in a spacious, bright & quiet terraced house with garden, adjacent to large Country Park & stately home (Croxteth Hall), but under 25 minutes bus ride into the city centre. 10 minute walk from West Derby Village with its several pubs & small bistros. Huge supermarket & 2 takeaways around the corner.

Explore, shop and dine at the city's best attractions then come back for a cosy evening and a peaceful sleep. The flat has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a lounge with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The flat is on the ground floor, has free street parking out front and a patio garden.

Comfortable double bedroom in a period house in a safe and friendly Liverpool neighbourhood. Sole use of private bathroom, use of fully equipped kitchen and a lovely sunny garden. We have a quiet and very friendly 6 year old Beagle, Sam, so welcome all dog lovers. There are loads of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops nearby, and within walking distance to Penny Lane, Strawberry Field and Beatles childhood homes. Nestled between the lively Allerton Road and Smithdown Road, you'll find a great selection of bars and restaurants. Plus, you're just a short drive from football stadiums, Strawberry Fields, The Cavern Club, and the Albert Dock, museums, and stunning cathedrals. 30 min walk to Sefton park, 15 minute walk to Greenbank park.

My house is about 15/20 minutes away from the city centre by bus and a short taxi drive to Anfield football stadium. Please note I am not in the city centre and there is a map showing where my house roughly is when you are looking at the location. Couples often come to explore Liverpool or watch a football match but anyone is welcome and I hope you will love my city as much as I do!
