La mezzanine dispose d’un espace nuit et d’un espace bureau équipé d’un écran d’ordinateur pour éventuellement télétravailler confortablement (prise HDMI). Il n’est pas autorisé de dormir sur le canapé. Metro 5 Laumière à 2 min. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.
