Quartier très apprécié des parisiens, vivant et festif, très bien desservi, à 10 mn en bus ou métro de Bastille et du Marais.

The apartment is fully furnished and offers a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a large quality double bed (160×200) and a bathroom. The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (without elevator: not recommended for XXL luggage)!

Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Mon appartement est situé dans un immeuble ancien typiquement parisien dans un quartier animé et familial de Paris, à 50 mètres du cimetière du Père Lachaise, dans une rue calme proche de la place Gambetta. Il dispose d'un balcon qui offre la possibilité de déjeuner ou de prendre un verre. Il peut accueillir idéalement 2 adultes mais le canapé se transforme en lit une place pour accueillir un troisième voyageur.

Dans une belle copropriété très calme, dans un quartier typiquement parisien avec marchés, brasseries et restaurants, loft neuf d'architecte pour deux personnes, à quelques minutes du coeur de Paris. Station de mêtro Alexandre Dumas à 20 mètres ! ATTENTION : je ne pourrai pas répondre à vos messages du 24 au 30 juillet. Pas d'inquietude, je serai de retour le 30 au soir. Merci !
