Welcome to Noldes Hygge Hjem – an authentic Danish farmhouse, set in complete privacy and surrounded by the countryside of Southern Denmark. Here, there are no close neighbours, only peace and the sounds of nature. The charming 230 m² farmhouse offers plenty of privacy and is decorated in a warm country style where simplicity and comfort come together. Outside, you will find a garden with old trees, flowers, and cosy seating areas. A place to slow down and enjoy authentic Danish country living.

Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig, og nyd udsigten over det bakkede terræn, med skoven som nærmeste nabo. I tekøkkenet, der indholder køleskab, to kogeplader og vask, har du mulighed for at lave morgenmad og frokost. Det opleves som om annekset ligger i landlige omgivelser, og dog ligger det i gåafstand til midtby og strand. Det ene af anneksets værelser tjener som Masterbedroom. I det andet står en sovesofa som mod merbetaling kan give plads til en/to ekstra gæster.

Ro, hav, sjæl og charme lige ved Flensborg Fjord. Med ny sauna og 70 kvm terrasse - begge med havudsigt. 6 gæster har adgang til: Flot køkken og bad, stor stue med TV og internet og unik havudsigt. 3 store soveværelser og alle med den smukkeste udsigt over fjorden. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg og fantastisk natur som nabo, tæt på Flensborg og Sønderborg og gåafstand til restauranterne Pearl, Sivgaarden og Providence. Døre er udsmykket med landskabsmotiver af kunstneren Wilhelm Dreesen.

Hyggeligt sommerhus ved stranden i Loddenhøj.

Her kan gæster trække stikket og nyde roen- væk fra byens støj, men stadig tæt på Aabenraa centrum. Blot 250 meter fra børnevenlig strand, eller hvad med en hyggelig gåtur, på en af skovens mange stier. Brug dagen på en sejltur med færgen til Barsø, eller tag børnene med i klatrepark. Terrasser rundt om huset, giver mulighed for sol og skygge gennem hele dagen. Annekset er tilgængeligt maj-okt med plads til to extra gæster. Okt til maj er der plads til 4 gæster i huset. Do you need a holiday? Well located in the southern Jutland, rural nature, you will find The Blueberry Farms new holiday home. An entire house, newly renovated and located on an idyllic natural plot with both private lake, forest and blueberry field. Fishing trips, bike rides, a swim in the public swimming pool or a game of golf? These are all within cycling distance of the farm. You'll take a hot bath in the woods, gaze into the fire pit, wake up to the sound of the birds, drink your coffee next to a deer - all while using high-speed WiFi for your favourite Netflix show in the cozy queen size bed. With love, we made sure to use the space most efficiently to create the best experience for you. *Heated and warm in winter 🙂

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
