Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. The bedrooms and a living area are on the upper floor. In this house you can switch off from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the sunsets on the terrace. Secluded, but central: You can reach the capital Bern in just 35 minutes by bus. You can be in Thun in 40 - 45 minutes.

The farmhouse studio includes a double room, a spacious bathroom with shower and a spacious and cozy kitchen. Good to know: The kitchen and bathroom are part of the event rooms that we rent out when we are not hosting AirBnb guests. The event room is not accessible to AirBnb guests.

Our house is located in the centre of Kallnach, a well-kept village in the region of the Three Lakes. The bright and friendly flat for exclusive use is on the top floor. The flat has a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony. There are three restaurants and a small supermarket (7/7) in the village. The train station is 650m from the house.
