Picturesque hill walks are on the doorstep and nearby highlights include Snowdonia/Eryri, Powys Castle, Lake Vyrnwy and magnificent beaches; there are plenty of activities to suit everyone. Our cosy cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one double bed and sitting room/diner with views across the valley.

With amazing views over the valley, you can just sit back and enjoy the natural world around you. Nestled at the foot of Cader Idris overlooking the beautiful Mawddach estuary, Erw Fair is perfectly located for exploring southern Eryri (Snowdonia National Park. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms (one king, en suite and one twin) and would be perfect for couples looking for a quiet retreat. The cottage is within walking distance of the Mawddach Trail perfect for exploring this beautiful corner of North Wales. Barmouth is also 2.5 miles walk across the famous Barmouth Bridge.

From the patio enjoy the magnificent views of the Eryri mountains. The perfect location for hikers with walks from the doorstep.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Charming Riverside Cottage Snowdonia National Park

Truly idyllic is the first thing that comes to mind when opening the heavy timber gates to this outstanding property! Within its traditional stone walled boundary, you're greeted by the most tranquil and picturesque of settings on the banks of the Afon Dwyryd. Afon Cariad is a traditional detached stone cottage set in three acres of land on the riverbank and at the foot of a beautiful nature trail and nature reserve - Coed Cymerau.

This delightful shepherd's hut situated on our smallholding in West Wales (lovingly built using low impact and reclaimed materials), offers a fantastic base to explore the nearby beaches, mountains and other attractions. The thoughtfully furnished interior includes a super comfy double bed, simple kitchen and cosy woodburner. Outside is a large decking area, your own unique walk in spiral shower and a separate compost loo.
