Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Kerrycroy: A hidden gem in Highland Perthshire!

South facing on the hill overlooking Aberfeldy we confidently boast one of the best views in the area. The house is self contained offering all you require for a relaxing stay in Highland Perthshire. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

Knockfarrie Cottage

Our cottage is located within the popular town of Pitlochry. Nestled on a quiet road, within metres of the black spout woods but also a leisurely 10 mins stroll to the centre of town. The cottage has private parking for one car, and on street parking for a second car. The cottage is equipped with Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, games and music system. There is also a lockable outhouse that could hold bikes, paddle boards or outdoor equipment. There is a small seating area outside for four.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, brick and pine flooring. All mod cons including wifi & smart TV. Quiet, peaceful and rural location. West Lodge is picturesque cottage on a rural farm between Auchterarder and Crieff just by the River Earn - A perfect getaway for relaxation or exploration. We are also set up with good wi-fi for working from home Downstairs is a sitting room with study desk and dining room. Both have open fires. Next door is the breakfast bar, kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, twin room and brand new bathroom. There is a charming garden with outdoor dining area.

Dundonnachie House (Licence PK11066F)

We really hope you enjoy your stay at Dundonnachie House, the house was formerly used as offices and we have lovingly restored it back to a home. The house is located right in the centre of Aberfeldy, with all amenities within walking distance. There is an abundance of Bars, Restaurants, Coffee Shops and boutique shops to be enjoyed. The first Sunday of every month(April - Oct), from 10am - 2pm there is the Aberfeldy Farmers Market selling a mix of food, art and craftsmanship.
