Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Feel relaxed as soon as you enter the light filled old post office, fully renovated with open plan lounge with dinning area and wood burning stove, separate bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, power shower and separate loo. There is access to your own private garden from the lounge which is fully fenced for dog safety your own private parking to the side of the cottage.

The family room has a large sofa bed, log fire. WiFi, TV & DVD, kitchenette and dining area; The king bedroom has a shower en-suite and doors opening to the patio garden and decking with summer house. The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.

Enjoy walking the public footpaths on our working farm, viewing nature and wildlife up close, whilst making your way to the hamlet of Gwbert, or the spectacular sandy beach at Mwnt. The market town of Cardigan, with its chic cafés, and Poppit with its acres of golden sands is a five minute drive. Relax on our patio, enjoying our peaceful locality.
