Nannerth Ganol, artists retreat cottage

Nannerth Ganol is an old 16th Century farm. On our site we have The Cottage, main Longhouse with large garden and workspace for creatives. Our accommodation is busy with cyclists, walkers and music and media workers. Head into the Elan Valley and surrounding area directly from our location. It hosts people from the music industry who have come here to write/record . We are very isolated , so perfect if you want to get away from everything. You can relax/create or go explore. I also do food.

Situated between Aberystwyth and the beautiful harbour town of Aberaeron. Nearby Llanrhystud has a post office, a pub and petrol station with small supermarket. The property offers excellent wifi. Refurbished workshop, set in the small, tranquil village of Taliesin, halfway between the towns of Aberystwyth and Machynlleth (ancient capital of Wales). The village is walking distance of the Wildfowler pub and award-winning Cletwr cafe and community shop in nearby Tre-r-Ddol. Above and around Taliesin are many beautiful woodland walks, it's close to the coastal path and short driving distance (or bike ride) to the popular holiday village of Borth and unspoilt beach of Ynyslas.

Wildernest - Ty Twt

Ty Twt - neat and cosy - is part of Wildernest, a haven set in the coastal hills above the delightful Aeron Valley. Sleeping is in the croglofft, above the kitchen-living space, with the 2nd bedroom and the shower room at ground level; underfloor heating and log burner. It can sleep 4 but we say 3 people comfortably. Hence, there's no charge for a fourth person. If you need the second bed to be made up please enter 3 (or 4) guests.
