We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. You'll have an Espresso machine, Ice Cream maker, Workstation and all you need to have a great stay!

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Deluxe Villa with Pool and Jacuzzi

This unique place has a style of its own , the second floor of a newly built and fully furnished home with seperate entrance. Everything a person needs to have a relaxing holiday. The villa apartment is luxurious and cozy with two bedrooms, bathroom with bidet, kitchen and living room. You are offered a large terrace with private jacuzzi overlooking a newly constructed shared pool. Villa apartment guests are provided with towels, robes, slippers & shampoos. We also offer pool towels.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Hakuna Matata 2 luxury spacious oasis on the river

Imagine waking up every morning and jumping from your terrace into the river which leads directly into the Adriatic Sea. That’s how we do it on our beautiful Ada Bojana, one of the most popular tourist places in Montenegro. Hakuna Matata II is luxuriously equipped two-story apartment located on Ada Bojana island, 150 meters downstream from the bridge. Best restaurants are 1 minute walking from the house, beach is 1 km away from it and you do not have to drive on a dust road at all.

Holiday home

The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.

Really close to all of the restaurants in area. Beach is 500 meters away just down the road.
