Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Brand New for April 2023! The Cobbles is a self contained spacious one bedroom cottage with a private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen diner, sitting room with log burner and sofa bed. Super king bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Free private parking with plenty of space for trailers. Situated at the end of a 1/2 mile long drive The Cobbles manages to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when you are only a mile from the A43 and the local town of Towcester.

Gorgeous ironstone cottage with space for two couples or a family, perfect for weekend getaways, overnight stops or week-long holidays. Also suitable for working professionals contracted locally. Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Less than 5 mins to the M1 and Sixfields which is home to Northampton FC, Rugby stadium, Formula 1 park and ride, cinema, restaurants, gym and supermarkets. About 10 mins drive to Northampton Town centre. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.

The Barnaby Suite is one of three, very peaceful , self contained studio apartments in the scenic country village of Maids Moreton, situated close to MI, M40, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Bicester and Oxford. 12 minutes to Silverstone GP circuit , 6 minutes to Stowe National Trust for great walks, and 4 minutes on foot to delightful historic Wheatsheaf pub ! I aim to provide a comfortable stay in a friendly , quiet and relaxed country setting for both business and pleasure.

The Stables self-contained barn in a village

Self-contained one bedroomed (with king size bed) detached converted barn. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
