It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Lioyerma Cave is a new-built traditional cave house in the edge of Caldera with a private Hot Tub and Balcony. It has the best views of the Caldera Sea and the Famous Oia's Sunset and it's 5-10 minutes walk from all the restaurants and the shops of Oia's town.
