Concretamente se trata de un apartamento, situado en la localidad de Marbella, en la exclusiva zona denominada Golden Mile, cercana a alojamientos tan exclusivos como el hotel Puente Romano y el Hotel Marbella Club. El apartamento, de un dormitorio, cuenta con capacidad para cuatro personas, una cama principal en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en el salón, esta conceptuado o bien para una pareja o para una pareja con uno o dos niños,que quieran disfrutar de una estancia tranquila, en una zona residencial y exclusiva, cercana a todas las áreas de interés de la localidad de Marbella, cuenta con una terraza de 44 metros cuadrados con vistas a la iconica y emblemática montaña de Marbella "La Concha". El apartamento está dentro de un conjunto residencial, de pocas casas contando con sistema de videovigilancia y zonas comunes de jardín y una piscina de tamaño considerable, en función al número total de vecinos. En definitiva, es un lugar situado en un mar de tranquilidad y desconexión a poca distancia, de todo lo que ofrece un lugar como Marbella. Complejo conformado por 28 casas, con gran privacidad, cámaras de seguridad en las zonas de acceso y comunes, aparcamiento para 2 coches, piscina con jardin y zona de hamacas, que cuenta habitualmente con poca confluencia de personas, al no contar con muchos vecinos, conserje. Walk down the steps opposite to the bus stop side keeping left until you reach bungalow 26 at the bottom a few steps away from the beach. You can always call us on arrival and we will fetch you from the parking as well. Since the bungalow is self catering, a cleaning service is needed at approximately R250-R350 per day.
