Our traditional Cycladic stone house (65 sqm.) is located in the center of the village and has a wonderful garden with Lemon, Orange, Pomegranate, Apricot, Avocado and Grape trees, where you can relax and enjoy the nature. The apartment has a panoramic view of the village and a breathtaking sea view of Naxos Island. The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

*The Naxian Stema is just a breath away (less than 150m or a 3-minute walk) from the island's most popular beach, Agios Prokopios. It is a brand new facility, as 2017 was the first year of its operation! *The apartment is a fully furnished, cool semi-basement, offers free Wi-Fi and includes refined amenities. It has easy access to a free public parking space (250m away),a bus stop with connection to the most famous beaches of the island (300m).In a distance not more than 10mins walk, you can find the Old Town and the coastal area where restaurants,café & night clubs are.

You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is Sun Kyma café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

Located 10' on foot from the Port, 1'-2' from the Market and other places of interest (castle, museums, etc) and entertainment (bars, restaurants, etc). If you travel without a car, no worries; the closest bus station to the most popular beaches and villages is at 3' on foot. Free parking space at 3' on foot!

PERIVOLI 2-CHORA(5min away from the center by car)

A beautiful apartment in a Cycladic style, inside a garden, just outside the center. The garden is full of trees, flowers, fresh fruits & vegetables. Ideal for nature lovers. You are in the center and beach of Ag. George in 5 min by bike, motorcycle or car. In 12 min (by car) you are on the beaches of Ag. Prokopiou & Ag. Anna. For better travel it is advisable to have a means of transport. The distance from the center is 30-35 minutes by foot. There is a free parking space.
