Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

House has nice windows and shutters and window screens . The shopping center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters are just a 3-minute walk away. The large terrace with its tiled heat proof pergola and fan features outdoor dining areas and a comfortable sofa for relaxing moments in the middle of nature.

Located in the heart of Aegina town, 5 min walk from the port, near the market and 10 min walk from the closest beach. This luminous studio (30 sq.mt ) totally renovated, located in a safe area near the island nightlife. In the back of the studio you can relax in the private patio to enjoy your breakfast and evening drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, hot plates, oven as well as washing machine and with many other electrical appliances. The place is air conditioned.

Just five minutes walk from the Main port of Agistri(Agistri-Myloi) where the flying dolphins (Aegean Flying dolphins and Blue Star Flying Dolphins) arrive and the main village of Megalochori that has bakery, taverns, supermarkets, cafe, clubs, bike rentals, swimming pool bars and more. Ανακαίνισα αυτόν τον χώρο με πολλή αγάπη.Είναι μεγάλη μου χαρά να σας φιλοξενήσω και ελπίζω να περάσετε υπέροχα! Ένας όμορφος και ήσυχος χώρος μέσα στα πεύκα με θέα στην θάλασσα,ιδανικός για δύο άτομα ή και για οικογένειες με ένα παιδί Γνωρίστε επίσης και τα άλλα δύο διαμερίσματά μας, βίλα Χρυσάνθη και βίλα Χρυσάνθη number 5 που βρίσκονται στον ίδιο χώρο

Traditional Poros residence "Nina's House"

Cute little house in the traditional town of Poros island, located near to the port and close to all the required services (market, food, entertainment). Nina's house was our grandmother's home.It was built in the 19th century. The renovation was done with full respect to all the old elements of the house and tried to preserve the special atmosphere of such a place, simple, but with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

The maisonette is newly built and nicely located at the heart of Aegina town. It is built over 1st and 2nd floor and accommodates up to 6 people.
