Assos Stone House

On top of Kayalar Village, with exceptional view. The house has two rooms: upstairs, a bedroom with a large balcony and a bathroom; downstairs, a living room and kitchen. Each floor is 35m2. The sofa folds out to a double bed. The house has separate entrances on both floors. There is a shared swimming pool, between two houses, sun loungers and eating areas in front of the house (The swimming pool is operational between June and October). Since this is a village, there can be cats around.

In addition to being in touch with the sea and nature, there is a market, a public beach and a paid beach cafe.On the ground floor of our villa, there is a very large veranda private pool and garden area, and there is a living room, kitchen and WC area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, WC & bathroom area and balcony area. It has a very large terrace area where you can watch the sunset. We provide airport and bus station transfers for a fee

Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .
