This property sits in a quiet residential area, about a 16-minute walk from JR Mitaka Station (JC12/JB01). The Ghibli Museum and Inokashira Park are each about a 15-minute walk, making the area convenient for sightseeing. From Mitaka, the Chuo Line reaches Shinjuku in as little as 12 minutes on the Rapid Express (17 on the Rapid). Mitaka is also the Sobu Line’s starting station, so travelers with large luggage can board comfortably from the first stop. Nearby: drugstore 1 min and 7-Eleven 5 min.

This is a standalone house located just a 30-second walk from the Akikawa Bridge River Park BBQ Land. The guest room is a 11.5-tatami-mat bedroom on the 2nd floor. The kitchen and dining area retain the nostalgic atmosphere of the Showa era. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and rice cooker. Dinnerware is available for your use.
