A newly installed, very fast internet connection allows facilities for remote working. It is 5 min. drive from the fishing village of Dalvik with a supermarket, swimming pool, health center, culture house, wine shop and easy access to main sights.

Situated on the beautiful, peaceful island of Hrísey in the middle of Eyjaförður. The house sits on the water's edge with stunning views of the fjord and mountains where you can sometimes watch the whales and dolphins. PLEASE NOTICE: The island is located in the northern part of Iceland. It is a five-hour drive from Reykjavik. And you need to take a ferry to get there. No cars, pedestrians only. The ferry departs from the fishing port of Árskógssandur every two hours and only takes 15 mins.

This nice cottage is situated in the middle of a beautiful valley, with no neighbors disturbing you. You have a sea view to the north. A stream with waterfalls and rapids down through the valley. The hut is also a good base for skitouring and moutain hiking (many trails in the area) and horse riding. We offer horse riding for additonal fee. We can ride a calm tour with beginners or a bit faster with more experienced riders. Horse riding is mostly available from May till September.

The inside of the house is bright, because of the big windows and light colors inside. The house is located a 20 minutes drive from both Akureyri and Dalvík - two larger cities. Gestahúsið okkar er lítið 15 fm hús. Húsið stendur á lóðinni rétt sunnan við húsið okkar. útsýnið yfir fjörðinn er einstakt og fjallasýnin eftir því. 4,5 km er í miðbæ Akureyrar sem hefur uppá að bjóða alla þá þjónustu sem hugsast getur. We are motorcycle friendly. Það er heit úti sturta.
