We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

We have 4 bedrooms, 3 x Queen bedrooms, 1 with a private ensuite. We have a bunk for the kids that sleeps 6 with their own adjoining lounge room. Our home is within easy walking distance of Albany's main street, offering a private upstairs space with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed. The area includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, and a living room with a smart TV. Access is through the downstairs laundry, and off-road parking is available in the carport. We live downstairs and are happy to assist in making your stay in Albany as enjoyable as possible.

The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind.
