The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. This gorgeous and quaint cottage sits on Muddy Creek where Perquimans River and the Albemarle Sound meet. It offers unparalleled views of magnificent dusk and dawn skies over water as you are surrounded by a variety of wildlife. Inside, the cottage has an open concept with one large room and a separate full bathroom. Walls of windows offer panoramic water views that embrace you the moment you walk through the front door. An ideal getaway retreat for couples, or a family with small children.

Hillcrest Hideaway OBX beach escape

Come enjoy this simple cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. Inside is a full kitchen, living area, and comfy Queen bed and is stocked with everything you need. Outside there is a living room, dining area, grill, shower, and rooftop deck. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.

The cottage is only a short 5 minute (3 if you're fast) walk to the beach where there is direct public access and a life guard stand. There is also a parking lot in case you would like to drop off the coolers and chairs. So, all you need to do is Relax and Enjoy the beauty of the Outer Banks in this beach-themed, fully equipped cottage. Lots of personal touches and amenities to make you feel right at home.

Welcome to "Seas the Bay" surrounded by water and majestic live oaks! This quaint 1,000 sqft cottage offers stunning views of Kitty Hawk Bay from the house, deck, & dock. Just 5 min from the beach, local food, & nightlife. Our dock on the bay is a perfect place to enjoy sunrises on the water. This listing is for 4 guests, perfect for a family, friends, or couples. Another airbnb rental is on the same property to the left, there is shared parking, but no living spaces shared.

A perfect getaway for family and friends with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a cozy living room and a chef's kitchen with two private outdoor living spaces. Relax in the outdoor tub after a day of exploring all the island has to offer. The house is situated on the West side of the highway - perfect for a sunset walk along the sound and an easy cruise to the beach or the Avalon Fishing Pier.
