Our peaceful cottage is nestled among the redwoods, a few miles inland from the Mendocino Coast. High ceilings and skylights make this space feel spacious, offering natural light, and views of the majestic trees. The surrounding community is special, with many residents having lived here for decades, tending their homesteads. On your way in, you are likely to see cattle, horses, pigs, and chickens. Deer, coyote, foxes, mountain lions, owls, hawks, vultures, and bears also frequent the area.

Meadow Wood on the Mendocino Coast is a modern county home in a lovely meadow surrounded by redwoods. It is a serene setting 2 miles inland from the ocean, avoiding our foggy summer days. Multiple State Parks and beaches are a short drive away. There is abundant wildlife and year-round wild flowers. Nearby is excellent dining; art galleries, theater, golf, tennis, spas, kayaking, fishing, nightlife and unique shopping in Mendocino, Little River and Fort Bragg. Stay several days to enjoy it all.

This extraordinary property is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. It consists of the main house (cabin) with king + queen beds and guest house (studio) with king bed. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy and space to spread out. Horse shoes, hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area. There is also a separate cottage that can be rented separately or with the house. Found under Albion, CA. "Quaint Ocean Cottage". The 11% county tax is included in the nightly rates. A separate owner Rental Agreement is required. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00

Perched high above the confluence of the Navarro River and the Pacific Ocean sits La Puerta del Mar- 3 bedrooms (all king-size beds), 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, gas grill, 1800+ square feet, high-speed internet access, sauna and hot tub. Fireplaces are decorative only due to insurance restrictions.

Our cabin is nestled among redwood trees a few miles from the wild Pacific Ocean, historic Mendocino, and the Anderson Valley wine country. A place to relax, recharge, or finish a creative project. Bookings include Mendocino County tourism tax. No pets due to wildlife, and host allergies. Note: bear, fox, hawks, quail, bats, lizards, banana slugs, bobcat, spiders are part of the forest ecosystem and may occasionally visit the vicinity.

The Blue Barn

If you're looking for an experience with your stay, this is it. The Blue barn is over 100 yrs old, built entirely of old growth redwood. It is situated on what we lovingly refer to as "The Farm".
