Our "Casa del Mar" is located in the first beach area (south-facing) of Alcudia and offers a fantastic view of the beautiful marina and the bay "Platja d'Alcúdia". The residential complex is located in the heart of Port de Alcudia and has plenty to offer for young and old alike. Restaurants, bars, boutiques etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The use of the communal pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the complex, sun loungers are of course available and included.

Ca'n Bou

Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.

S'Embat sea ​​views

"S'Embat" is an exceptional house placed on the seafront with views of the bay of Pollensa. The house is situated in a residential area called El Barcarés of Alcúdia. this area is known as for its tranquility and for its proximity to the village of Alcúdia (1 km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with products typical of the island of Mallorca.
