Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. Romslig kjøkken med alle fasiliteter, og romslig spiseplass med god plass til 10 personer. Fine uteplasser med plass til 10 personer. Liten hybelleilighet i sokkel med eget bad og egen inngang. Tilgang til terrasse til fri disposisjon med fantastisk utsikt over fjord og fjell. Gåavstand til Aksla viewpoint og bysentrum. Gratis gateparkering i området. Enkel men koselig standard. Perfekt for 1-2 personer. Ikke kjøkken men liten «hotellkjøkken» krok med kjøleskap, mikro og vannkoker, og litt kjøkkenutstyr. Eget bad med dusj, badekar, vaskemaskin og vaskebalje til evt oppvask. Nb: kun tilgang til vann på bad.

Newly renovated farmhouse from 1894 which has retained its unique charm and old style :) The house is located on Ulla, Haramsøy (Haram municipality), with the sea as its nearest neighbour. It is a short distance to fishing opportunities and a bathing area, and the hiking trails are right outside the kitchen door. There will also be a boat available for free use during the stay at your own risk.
