Modern and cosy flat in the Annecy old town

Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

THE MAZOT - This beautiful wooden chalet can accommodate 4 people + Baby. Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. Covering an area of 65 m2 it has balcony terrace with sauna, WIFI , electric heating . Garden with long chairs and barbecue. Outdoor Spa open all year. It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

Vue sur le château depuis cet appartement de 70m2, en plein coeur de la vieille ville, typique des vieux quartiers et aux airs de chalet de montagne. Ce chaleureux refuge sera le pied à terre rêvé pour découvrir la petite Venise des Alpes et le lac situé à seulement 150 m. Rue calme avec son parc et ses galeries d'art et d'artisans. Depuis le logement vous pouvez même partir randonner dans les forêts et la montagne du Semnoz et en hiver accéder en bus à sa station de ski familiale.
