It is 2 minutes drive off the A49 in Batch Valley with immediate accessibility of vast walking, biking trails &1 minutes walk to the local pub(The Yew Tree) which serves excellent food. Lovely up here this time of year and plenty of wildlife to be seen - deer grazing in the garden early morning, nesting curlews calling as they circuit the house and everything coming into bud.
