"Downtown" Alfred, Alfred State & Alfred University are within easy walking distance. Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is about an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

Miles of trails, and a million dollar view, total privacy, and glittering stars! Dark Sky area! Hiking, birding, x-country skiing, mt. biking. Near Genesee River. Fully furnished kitchen, deck with gas grill, H-Def TV/WiFi, campfire pit (wood provided). Sleeps eight. HUNTERS: 75 acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Privacy, beautiful views, swimming pond, relaxation & quiet. Our tiny house cabin can sleep up to 4, and our large flat field can host camping tents. Our pondside pavillion is the perfect spot to sit and chill, or pop a tent under there on the deck. Our large pond overlooks the valley below. Paddle around in the pedal boat. Relax on our dock with the chairs or hammock. Air temperature rainwater shower, dish washing sink, flush toilet outhouse- Hillside will become your favorite getaway!

Quiet cabin in the woods with pond view/firepit

This is a very quiet property set back in the woods. This log cabin has a wood burning fireplace indoors making it nice and cozy. Large firepit outside for bonfires. This cabin is in the woods so you will see insects and wildlife, we do spray for insects and mice but there is only so much we can do. We have 17 acres for you to walk around and explore! Enjoy time at our pond, feel free to fish but ask you to release them because we love our wildlife. Close to Letchworth State park!

This location is for those who are looking for an experience different from the hotel/motel setting. However, still providing all basic amenities Hunting is available.
