De hele benedenverdieping van deze ark op de Rijn behoort tot uw domein: een gezellige woonkeuken verbonden door een hal met de woonkamer. Zowel de woonkamer als de keuken zijn voorzien van een houtkachel, naast vloer- en wandverwarming. De keuken is voorzien van 6 pitsgasfornuis, een grote oven, koel- en vrieskast, vaatwasser en div apparatuur. Het designbed staat in de woonkamer. Op uw prive-terras bevindt zich de buitendouche. In de tuin met uitzicht over de Rijn diverse zit en bbq plekken.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.
