North Lodge is a charming/cozy 1890's gate house

North Lodge is a late 19th century gate house, belonging to the Guyzance Hall Estate. It has been fully refurbished bringing it up to modern standards, but still retaining its old charm. With a cozy wood burner, there is a spacious living room and a beautiful kitchen leading out on to a south facing court yard, with a large garden surrounding it, and its own drive. The cottage is situated at the east end of the small hamlet of Guyzance, close to Walkworth and the beautiful Northumberland coast.

Malcolm Miller House Alnmouth

Contemporary two bedroomed end terraced house which is dog friendly and has a parking space for one car. Malcolm Miller House is just a short walk from the beach, river estuary and village of Alnmouth with a range of great restuarants, pubs, coffee houses and shops. The spacious kitchen has all of the facilities you will need, plus a combination lounge/dining area.

It is a light open and airy property decorated in a coastal theme. The lounge is upstairs in order to benefit from the views of the estuary; the kitchen is downstairs, patio doors give access to private outside area. Go through the gate and you will find a park by the river.
