Hütte zum Skifahren oder Wandern

Astenhütte in den Tuxer Alpen. Sie liegt auf ca. 1300m mit Blick auf das Inntal und ist Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Wanderungen und prachtvolle Skitouren. In Fußweite befindet sich ein beschneites Schigebiet mit blauen-, roten- und schwarzen Pisten, sowie eine Rodelbahn (Kellerjochbahnen). Die Hütte wurde sorgfältig restauriert und hat eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. 4 Gäste können in Betten, 4 weitere auf Matratzen über der Stube schlafen. Bettzeug und Handtücher stehen 4 Personen zur Verfügung.

Unser attraktives Ferienhaus liegt in St.Quirin/Tegernsee Es erwartet Sie ein wunderschönes, alleinstehendes Ferienhaus auf einem Seegrundstück mit einer Terrasse, die eine atemberaubende Sicht auf den Tegernsee gewährt, ein privater Steg zum See, eine großzügige vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit einem elektrischen Gaskamin , ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett/ Schlafsofa. Im Wohnzimmer bietet eine Couch noch eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für Kinder oder einer weitere Person.

Die Lengalmhütte 2 für 2 bis 4 Personen mit eigener Sauna befindet sich in Lengdorf (Niedernsill), ein paar Minuten von Kaprun entfernt. Die Unterkunft Lengalmhütte 2 verfügt über eine Sauna (Außen), eine Terrasse, einen Kamin, einen Sitzbereich mit einem Sofa und einem Schaukelstuhl, einen Flachbild-TV mit Netflix & Amazon Video, WLAN und einem Bad mit einer Dusche sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kochfeld, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine.

Mit einer über 100 Jahre alten Geschichte verfügt sie über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Bergblick, und eine sonnige Terrasse. Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege, und die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende.

Gehen Sie in Ihrem Urlaub einige Schritte langsamer als im Alltag und tauchen Sie ein in das Leben am Berg in intakter Natur. Nutzen Sie die Zeit für sich und machen Sie Ihren Urlaub zur schönsten Zeit im Jahr. Unser Haus befindet sich auf 1300m in Waldnähe. Vor dem Haus geht im Winter die Piste vorbei und hinterm Haus der Lift hoch. Im Sommer sind wir ein wenig versteckt über eine kurze Schotterstraße erreichbar. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus.

In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.
