Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Quiet, top roof terrace appartment in city center

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat meiner Familie gehört, wir sind hier aufgewachsen. Daher sind noch sehr viele, persönliche Gegenstände in der Wohnung. Man fühlt sich hier, durch die warme und stilvolle Einrichtung richtig wohl, fast zuhause. Die Wohnung hat zwei große Terrassen, die eine im Osten (aufgehende Sonne), die andere im Westen (untergehende Sonne), die ein besonderes Licht zulassen.

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022).
