60s architect summer house

Summer house by Danish architect Søren Cock-Clausen. Gently restored. Furnished with the best of Danish design from the period. The garden is huge, private and with a great view of the fields. Sun at all times of the day. Swings and a sandbox for the kids. Two annexes; an charming wooden house with outdoor bath, small kitchen and dining area, and a small cabin. Our house is perfect for families who appreciate design, nature and privacy. The place has room for 10, but is also great for 4.

Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Välkomna till Lotta & Bengts enkla övernattningsrum! Vi erbjuder ett litet enkelt rum för övernattning i våningssäng för två personer. På liten yta finns pentry, matplats och våningssäng. Det finns kylskåp, micro, kaffebryggare och vattenkokare. Trädgårdsmöbler finns vid ingången till rummet. Egen toalett. Tillgång till dusch och tvättstuga som delas med värdparet. Sänglinne och duschhanddukar (ej strandhanddukar) ingår i priset. Nära sandstrand.

Hyggelig og idylisk hytte/sommerhus til en familie eller et par, der ønsker en overnatning. Mulighed for fiskeri i robåd, der er til rådighed i forbindelse med leje af hytten. Romantisk idyl med luksusfaciliteter

Kun 8 minutters gang fra en af Danmarks dejligste badestrande ligger mit nyopførte sommerhus. (Sommer 2020). Der er alt hvad man kan ønske sig med 3 skønne træterrasser, så man har mulighed at følge solen fra tidlig morgen til sen aften, samt udebad, udekøkkenen og endda en shelter hvis man vil tættere på naturen.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
