Walking and biking trails are steps away from our property and we are a short drive to Scott's Flat Reservoir. Bring your boats, bikes & kayaks! Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress if six occupants are desired. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.

We are about 3 miles off I 80 so we have easy access. Our elevation here is 2380 so we are below the snow line. All the lots in this subdivision are around 5 acres and we are at the end of the road so we have great privacy and a spectacular view from about anywhere in the house and the pool.
