It has two balconies with large windows to the main facade, where thanks to the climate of Valencia allows you to have breakfast, eat and dine outdoors for much of the year. Do not worry about anything, you will find everything you need: clean sheets and towels, hair dryer, soap, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, coffee, tea ... so you can relax and enjoy your visit in a cozy and quiet apartment located in the street of the baskets of the historical center of the city. It is a pedestrian street with a lot of charm, with traditional handmade shops of basketry and wood, very lively by the day, but at the same time very quiet and silent at night, without cars or bars. The apartment is set in Old Town, a quiet and charming neighborhood steps away from the Central Market, the Silk Exchange, and the main highlights. Many characteristic restaurants and shops dot the area, where you can taste our Mediterranean gastronomy and culture. You can walk to all the landmarks of the city in less than 5 minutes. The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very easy to get to the apartment since the Xàtiva metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the train station are 5 min. I will be happy to receive you at any time of the day. De techos altos y ventanas amplias que permite ser un piso de mucha luz, se compone de un espacioso salón comedor y cocina integrada, completamente diáfano. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Recibimos a nuestros huéspedes personalmente, nos encanta dar la bienvenida y dar detalles sobre el piso como sobre la ciudad. Queremos que se sientan como en casa! Vivirás en el corazón del Valencia, llena de vida y movimiento, podrás disfrutar del encanto de la cuidad, sus calles, sus monumentos y su vida alegre. La magnífica ubicación permite que estemos bien comunicados, todos los transportes pasan por la Plaza de La Reina donde nos llevan por ejemplo a La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes o bien a la playa de Valencia. Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad. Con gusto los aconsejaremos.

Cocina totalmente equipada con horno, microondas, tostadora y nevera americana, lavadora de 8 kg, tendedero plegable, plancha y tabla. 3 habitaciones una de ellas con vestidor y una cuna para bebés. 2 baños, uno completo con plato de ducha. Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

Apartamento de 2 habitaciones para 4 personas en primera línea de la playa Poniente, con vistas de la playa y el mar, terraza grande con vistas, todo exterior, salon amplio con vistas al mar, aparcamiento privado, wifi, TV, aire acondicionado, cocina completa (lavavajillas, lavadora, horno), baño completo, en urbanización con piscina, jardín muy bonito con vistas al mar y pista de tenis. La urbanización tiene acceso directo al paseo maritimo y es una de las más bonitas de la playa de Poniente.

La calle donde se encuentra es peatonal pero muy transitada por su belleza y atractivos, como la Real Parroquia de San Martín Obispo y San Antonio Abad ,hoteles modernos,servicios como Carrefour, panadería, tienda alquiler de bici y el mejor café para llevar, un camino obligado hacia el Mercado Central . De noche el Café Madrid y el pub irlandés son punto de encuentro , el bullicio termina sobre la 1:30.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

El apartamento se encuentra situado a 200 metros del casco antiguo del pueblo. Es una tercera planta con orientación sureste. Dispone de 1 habitación principal con cama de matrimonio, baño, cocina y salón con sofá cama de apertura italiana. Todo el apartamento dispone de tarima flotante. La joya principal es su terraza, donde podréis disfrutar de maravillosos momentos, con vistas a las montañas de Aitana y Aixortà, y al fondo el pico de Bernia y el mar, Esperamos que os encante.
