Located on the south side of Anchorage, 12 minute drive from nearly everywhere in Anchorage and a great jumping off point for all things along Turnagain Arm. Located on a nice flat part of Anchorage, so even in icy conditions it is easy to access. The space is only accessible by climbing exterior stairs, as shown in the picture.
