The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

We are located 4 blocks from the Alyeska Day lodge, 2blks from the Girdwood Brewery, and an easy walk to the Merc and several good restaurants. The Alyeska Resort and it's new Nordic Spa are located 1.3 miles away on a bike path. The Bungalow is a studio home located in a quiet area. It has a well stocked kitchen, a queen bed, a convertible chair, suitable for a small person, bathroom with tub and shower. No pets.

Spend an adventurous day on the mountain or take a relaxing stroll through the small town of Girdwood. End the day with a drink and appetizer at the Sitzmark while listening to fun, local music. The Murphy bed sleeps two adults. The hideaway bed in the couch can be used if need be, but please confirm with us beforehand. We cherish time at our condo and hope you love it as well!

The beautiful community of Hope is a two hour drive from Anchorage. Hope HUB offers summer and winter trails for hiking, biking and skiing. PILOTS: the runway is a 10 minute walk, tie down the saucer and ride our community beater bikes into town for food and music. The Hope HUB has great views of the surrounding mountains on both sides. Use our outdoor fire pit, stocked with wood. Meet Wally our resident walrus and enjoy a truly extraterrestrial experience.
