Historical renovation in progress on this 1945 504 sq ft Cottage. Meanwhile it is ready for you to rest your head on 2 full-size (1.5 people each) pull-out beds. Cottage is listed in the City of Anchorage's Historical Homes Guide. Complete kitchen, bath, laundry. Bedroom does not have a door as there is no heat source inside, but the wall furnace in the living room keeps you super cozy! 2 bus stops steps away, Downtown park 1 block & 1 more to restaurants/shops. On a main road with traffic.

The views from the large windows and deck are stunning. Try some fishing, skating, kayaking, swimming or walk the trails. Grilling on the deck or a bonfire ( ask for firewood) overlooking the lake are great evening activities. Not the outdoor type, you’ll find this a peaceful place to unwind. Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pets(dogs only) pets not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50.

This is the most picturesque cabin on the Bear Creek Lodge property, and it is perfectly situated just feet from Bear Creek Pond and Bear Creek itself. From the time you arrive, you'll feel like a part of Alaskan history.

Alyeska Hideaway Log Cabins "Glacier Cabin"

Glacier Cabin is a one room cabin with a queen bed on the main floor and sitting area. The loft also has a queen bed, there is a ladder for the nimble to access! The bathroom features a claw-foot tub which is great for soaking after a long hike or ski. We live next door to our cabins and are here to welcome you and help you plan your adventures.
