It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. Enjoy the lovely setting of this luxurious hideaway in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our Saddlehouse is set to the side of the farmyard of our working farm and is metres away from the Viking Way footpath. A perfect retreat for walkers and mountain bikers. The farm is situated on a dead-end lane and boasts gorgeous uninterrupted views of the wolds. Sadly unsuitable for infants or children.
