The "Dell" sits at the entrance to Double Z Land & Livestock, a working farm owned and operated by The Abbruzzese family. Rolling hills, open fields, and grazing farm animals grace this 75-acre farm. If you want a glimpse of country life, seek to switch up your work-from-home routine, or just want to get away, come take up residence on the farm. If it's lambing season, you might even see some babies ;)

Lakeside Cabin

Hear and see the loons from the comfort of this screened in porch. There is a trundle bed that pulls out on the porch for those that would like to lay out there , read , and listen to the birds. The cabin built in 1944 was the second structure built on our property. It is in between our boathouse and the main house. It is unique and rustic. There are two bedrooms and one bath. A small bar. A private dock and a shared beach area. There is taxidermy in the cabin including a half mount Grizzly.

We have walking trails, firepit, and a barbecue area. The house sits across the street from crystal lake, with a boat launch 3/4 mile down the road with a parking area. An easy 20-minute drive to Portland. Supermarket, gas station, and restaurant less than five minutes away and ten minutes from Gray exit to 95.

A glamping site built in 2022 offers a contactless check-in process with a custom key code. Additionally, we have added archery, axe throwing, and kayaks to enhance your outdoor activity!

This updated 1920’s bungalow is a year-round home with access to the nearby lake. Guests have exclusive access to the first floor with a full kitchen, bath, living room, bedroom & workspace. Guests have right of way access to Taylor Pond via a walking path less than a 5 minute walk from the house! The brook behind the house is home to beavers, loons, and eagles. The property is a 15 minute drive from Bates College, Route 95, Lost Valley Ski Area & Lake Auburn’s boat launch.

Escape to Skyline Cottage, newly built in 2024. Come Experience Breathtaking Mountain Views of Mount Washington & the Presidential Range, with Stunning Sunrises & Sunsets.
