In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

It's about 10 minutes away from the Train Station and round 8 minuten to the station Sunnegga-Rothorn or the the next ski bus station. Die 62 m² große Nichtraucher-Wohnung hat eine ruhige Lage in Winkelmatten, etwas abseits vom Ortskern von Zermatt am Findelbach. Sie befindet sich in einem Chalet mit 5 Wohnungen. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen.

Gemütliches kleines Studio im Parterre mit eigenem Eingang. Die Unterkunft befindet sich 2,5 Kilometer ausserhalb vom Dorf in einer ländlichen Gegend mitten im Wander und Bikegebiet. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Ortsbus erreichbar der Bus fährt nur 5 mal pro Tag (8:00 - 17:00 Uhr) die Haltestelle befindet sich 100 Meter entfernt.
