5 yatak odalı villamızda; Wi-Fi, yerden ısıtmalı bir açık mutfak-salon, 4 banyo, 1 Türk hamamı/buhar saunası(Mevsimsel), jakuzi, fitness alanı ve ısıtmalı bir çocuk havuzu (2m x 4m x 0,60m) bulunmaktadır. Büyük yüzme havuzu (ısıtmalı değildir, 5m x 10m x 1,5m) mevcuttur. Lüks bir donanıma sahip olan villamız, günlük kullanım için gereken her şeyi içermektedir. Villamız 500 m² genişliğinde bir arsa üzerinde yer almaktadır. Etrafı duvarlarla çevrili olan villamızda mahremiyetiniz korunmaktadır.

Oldtown Boheme-Luxury style room

Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 1 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
