This brand new, special 32m2 apartment is located in the centre of the Old Town in one of the most beautiful streets. We are a quick walk to the Marché Provençale, local boulangeries, shops and restaurants. The sandy beaches are a 5min walk away. Complete with private balcony, our apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped. We have double glazing windows and powerful ceiling fans. We are on the 2nd floor with NO elevator. No parties.
