Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this recently constructed two bedroom cabin in a beautiful rural paved area only a few minutes from the Village of St. Andrew’s and 20 minutes from town of Antigonish and St. Francis Xavier University. Hosts reside on same property and operate a Market Vegetable Garden so are readily available if needed. Lots of space for an enjoyable walk through nature surroundings. Lots of trees on property and river situated just behind. Pets allowed at cabin. Come and enjoy!

Cove Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage along the famous Sunrise Trail. Enjoy spectacular views of the Northumberland Strait, amazing sunsets and night skies filled with stars. Reconnect around the firepit or enjoy local fishing charters, beaches, swimming, hiking trails and access to a provincial park. Take a short 20 min drive to the town of Antigonish (home of StFX University) which offers all amenities needed including groceries, various dining options and local shops.

In sum: Rivers, waterfalls, woods trails, easy highway access, wi-fi, spectacular sky and ocean views. Day trips are easy as we are midway between Cape Breton and Antigonish. Stay on site to enjoy breathtaking views of the St. George's Bay, expansive night skies or walk in the fields, along the logging roads or make the 2km hike to the waterfalls. Taylor's Field has become a haven for nature lovers. Some relax in our cabin and others prefer to tent at one of our quiet tent sites.

Guysborough Getaway Cottage

Waterfront Home located on the beautiful Milford Haven River is bordered by water on 3 sides, offering expansive views, tranquility and wildlife galore. The private setting nestled in the mature trees is a perfect spot to getaway, yet only a short 10 minute drive from all the amenities you need in Guysborough. It sleeps 7-8 people, the main cottage has 2 queen beds and a sofa bed plus a separate 12 x 16 renovated bunkie, which also has a queen bed. Book now, you won't regret it!
