Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Villa Marina has all modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a large outside seating area with barbecue to enjoy the sun and relax on the warm evenings.

Studio Petrino is a charming maisonette nestled amongst the breezy hills of the small village of Fanariotatika. It consists of an open space living room/kitchen with cathedral ceilings, a beautiful mezzanine bedroom and a full bathroom. The outdoor patio is ideal for a morning coffee under the shade of the olive trees or an evening wine lulled by the smell of flowers 1,9 km away from Gaios 20 min by foot to the nearest beach

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.
