Stairs to newly decorated private 2 bedrooms, a queen & a trundle which makes 2 twins, living room, TV & DVD and tiled shower bath. A chef ready kitchen, refrigerator/ice maker, coffee maker, microwave & toaster oven. Parking for 2 vehicles. Patio table, chairs & BBQ. No pets, alcohol or nicotine products allowed in or out. The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.
