The living room has a 65 " smart TV,wall mounted with a LCD Fireplace below with surround sound- All TV's have Netflix.The bar room has a small refrigerator,pool table and dart board.Outside has a private lanai with Heated pool and a propane firepit.Enjoy the sonos sound with 55" smart TV in the Master bedroom the second bedroom also has a TV. This 3-bed, 2 bath house is spacious, open and tastefully decorated in a coastal theme. House is on large corner lot with a fenced back yard. The screened lanai/pool area has a barbeque and comfortable outdoor furniture. The house can sleep 6 comfortably. One well behaved dog under 40 lbs allowed. The house has an open and split bedroom floor plan with the master suite on one side of house and two attractive bedrooms on the opposite side of the house that share a shower and jacuzzi tub.
