Our secluded cabin is surrounded by ancient oak tree forest and all the wildlife that comes with it. It’s so peaceful that you will only hear the river and the birds. Set in 10 acres of our own land for you to explore and easy access to Snowdonia public foothpaths, it’s perfect for those looking to spend some time in nature. The cabin itself features private wood fired hot tub, wet room, underfloor heating, large deck with bbq, kingsize bed, kitchen, living and dining area and a private cinema.

This mid-terrace cottage is situated in a hamlet, two miles outside of Bala, a gateway to Snowdonia National Park with pubs, restaurants and outdoor activities. Our cottage is surrounded by farms and hills, a perfect spot for a getaway. There are walking paths in front of the house, leading you through the stunning Welsh landscape; Llyn Tegid (Lake Bala) is a 5 minute drive away and Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) 60 minutes. The beaches by the Llyn Peninsula and Barmouth are only 45m away. Pet free.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The Rabbit Warren in the heart of Snowdonia

Rabbit Warren is a special, cosy space for couples and an optional dog; there is even a lock up for bikes, bags and boots. Warren Bach “Small Warren” is situated in the stunning Vale of Ffestiniog and access is via a track directly off the A487, providing great connectivity and making it the perfect basecamp to discover Eryri National Park (Snowdonia). In addition to wonderful views of Moelwyn Bach, Apr - Oct you will be able to view the steam train go by on the opposite side of the valley

Yr Efail is a converted blacksmiths workshop.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Rhydwen - Riverside Cottage - sleeps 3

Rhydwen, is located in a tucked away corner of the village close to the footpath to Aran Fawddwy on the banks of Afon Twrch. The cottage offers a perfect retreat for those looking for a base to explore the beautiful surrounding area. The semi-detached cottage offers open plan kitchen, living and dining area with underfloor heating and a cosy log burner. It has two bedrooms and can sleep a total of three people. There is a private garden to the side with seating.

Derfel Pod

With stunning views of Llyn Celyn, this glamping pod comes with everything you need for a relaxing or adventurous break. Located in Eryri National Park there are endless trails that can be explored or if it’s a relaxing break you need, drink in the views from the hot tub in this peaceful area of North Wales. It’s also newly built for end of 2023. There are 2 pods on site which are almost identical so if this one isn’t available on your date, check Celyn Pod

Located on a biodiverse, working farm in Eryri National Park, our comfortable, homemade Shepherdess Hut sits alongside Afon Nanmor (River), with the bathroom a two minute walk away. 10 minutes drive from Beddgelert, 15 minutes from the Watkin Path up Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) or 20minutes from the beach.
