The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

Goditi una vacanza rilassante in questo spazio in centro a 700 metri dalla Cattedrale e a 50 metri dalle mura cittadine dove puoi passeggiare immerso nel verde. L'appartamento è al piano terra con giardino esclusivo dove puoi anche pranzare o cenare, camera da letto con accesso diretto al bagno e al giardino, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto, ampia sala per il tempo libero. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). E' situato sia nel centro del paese che nel centro del parco del Delta del Po, diventato da poco Patrimonio dell'Unesco. Il mare è distante pochi kilometri (ca 10 min). Nella zona è possibile effettuare gite in barca. La casa mette a disposizioni 6 biciclette per escursioni nel boscone della Mesola e nelle numerose ciclabili della zona.
