Enjoy Eureka Springs on a mountaintop retreat just 4 miles from downtown! Guest quarters are attached but separate from the owners’ quarters with private entrance. The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Please read the entire description and view photos before reserving! Pet fee- $20 per pet per night. 2 pet limit. Please notify me if you plan to bring a pet so I can update the reservation price.

Lake Ann Guest House: Trail head and Lake Access

Welcome to the Lake Ann Guesthouse. We are a 2 min drive to 71, located in an idyllic wooded neighborhood on Lake Ann. Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

Just a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood access point into Greers Ferry Lake, Heber Hideaway is your perfect lake retreat! Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Terrace - Lakefront home, hot tub, patios, kitchen

The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the Loft home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, fire pit, and an outdoor lounge and dining area. Note there may be guests occupying the upper Loft home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove steps from Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children or fires.

Cool Ridge View with a Room

2-story living space sleeps up to 6. Downstairs has a kitchenette (no stove or kitchen sink) with a microwave, coffee pot, mini frig and utensils. Dish tub provided, and you can wash dishes outside. Outdoor charcoal grill. 2 can sleep on the Futon sofa bed. Lg walk in shower in bathroom. Upstairs has 1 queen, 2 twin beds with 1/2 bath. Outdoor charcoal grill, electric skillet & air fryer. Located on 300-acre farm on Ouachita River with easy access for floats, fishing & private hikes.

A welcoming lakefront suite in Bella Vista located on beautiful Lake Windsor. Your suite offers a serene view, a private entrance in a quiet neighborhood.
